CHILDREN AND PET POLICIES
Children
We love kids but Joe Mommas is more suitable for the older kids and couples. Sorry, but we cannot accomodate children under the age of 9 years old. We reccomend the Inn at Avila Beach. It's a great oceanfront hotel that is perfect for families. Contact the Inn at Avila Beach at

Pets
Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome at Joe Momma's. However there are a few rules that must be followed...
1. Dogs must not be left unattended - take them with you when you leave the hotel.
2. If your dog makes an excesive amount of noise you will be asked to leave.
3. Our pet fee is $50.00 / stay.
